Have recently purchased the 21 metre Omlet Chicken Fencing. Really pleased with it, took myself and my Husband about an hour to thread the poles through the netting and position the integral gate how we wanted it. Is really easy to move around also. We’re very happy with the quality of our purchase. Well done once again Omlet!

We purchased an outside guinea pig run from Omlet with dimensions of 9' wide, 21' long and 6'8" high. It did take a number of weeks to arrive but we received regular emails advising us of the current delivery schedule. Such is life during a pandemic. It came in a lot of boxes! However, the instructions and videos were extremely helpful. But what I really want to highlight was the exceptional customer service given by Sue Chapman. When we had fully assembled what we had, we quickly realised we didn't have enough of some parts and too many of others. Given the size of the build this was understandable. I rang the company and got an answer machine. I feared the worst. BUT Sue rang me back in half an hour. She was very apologetic, took the details of what was missing and immediately put the order in for replacements. I had taken copious pictures of what was missing but I didn't need any. I expected to have to complete a form or send an email at the very least, but no. The replacements arrived the next day. We finished the build and Sue organised a DPD collection for the parts we didn't require. We haven't received such amazing service in many years. And the quality of the run itself is excellent. I highly recommend this company, which has the added bonus of being a UK company, to anybody who has small furry friends needing accommodation or entertainment.

Quite an expensive bed but well worth it, our dogs love it and seems to have a calming effect too - maybe just sleeping better. Would recommend.

Order some Easichick from website, taken 10 days and still not receievd. Have found cheaper online, ordered and received. Emailed Omlet twice, no response and they charge for delivery when competitors dont and quicker. Can't rate product as not received!

I ordered a bale of aubiose knowing that all deliveries are taking longer due to Covid. The website is easy to use and the payment process was quick. There were delays due to supplier issues and I was informed by a very friendly member of staff that I could be waiting until January and did I want to cancel. I didn’t mind waiting but I really appreciate the fact that they went out of their way to inform me by phone call, especially considering the current times! My order arrived a few days later so I guess the supplier issues were resolved :)Great value for money and I recommend to anyone looking for pet supplies. The range of chicken coops make me wish I had a garden!

I had an extremely good experience with this company. First of all the quality of the dog bed is the best I've come across so far. The last bed I bought was from orvis which is a high end dog bed manufacturer and I paid a lot for it and although it was a very good bed in many ways with great sides, the mattress didn't compare to the omlet mattress and i ended up having to cut up an ikea mattress to fit into that bed.With this omlet bed, there is no adjustment needed and the mattress is very very good as well as really firm bolsters.In terms of customer service, they were excellent. I ordered the wrong size bed and when I emailed explaining my mistake they very quickly organised to collect it and sent me out the right one.I will definitely be using this company again whenever I'm buying another bed.

In the seven years I've been keeping hens I have never gone anywhere else and never would. They always have what I need. The delivery is always when they say it will be and any after sales help you need is dealt with promptly and always to my complete satisfaction. Five stars are not enough.

Fantastic but of kit, makes mucking out 100% easier, a bit dearer than a wooden coup but you'll save money long term.

I've ordered a fairly low value product from the Omlet site (#795627) on Sept 1 which I needed urgently to stop some bullying in my flock of hens. I emailed on the 7th to enquire why the product hadn't been dispatched and why the system now said to expect it on the 13th - No response.I have since had to source the product from elsewhere and it has already arrived. Phoned to cancel my order today - no response. So I have emailed to request a refund. Not a great experience.
